AKCP has introduced a free tier of Quicklime, its monitoring and data center infrastructure management software, giving organizations a practical starting point for monitoring smaller installations without a paid software license.
ARLINGTON, Va. - Virginir -- The latest Quicklime installers include the free tier, which provides capacity for 10 sensors, one rack, one camera, and three access control users. Following the three-month trial, customers can continue using Quicklime within these free-tier allowances.
Together, they offer a useful starting point for a single-rack server room, an edge installation, or a demonstration environment. Organizations can bring sensor monitoring, a camera, and access control users into the same platform while evaluating how Quicklime fits their operational requirements.

"Small server rooms need visibility just as much as large data centers,"
said Nicholas Barrowclough, President of AKCP.
"The free Quicklime tier gives customers a practical way to begin with a focused installation and build familiarity with the platform before expanding their deployment."
The release also gives customers a path to move from AKCPro Server to Quicklime. Customers should contact AKCP to confirm compatibility and migration requirements for their existing installation.
For information about Quicklime, installation assistance or licensing for larger deployments, visit www.akcp.com or contact sales@akcp.com.
