This transition marks a strategic shift from its previous relationship with Senior Options, aligning Lake Prince Woods with a broader network of mission-driven organizations dedicated to excellence in senior care.
Lake Prince Woods has been a trusted name in senior living since 2002. The community offers a full continuum of care—including independent living, assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing, and in-home services through Lake Prince at Home. This CHAP-licensed, Medicare-certified program serves Suffolk and surrounding areas with three specialized services:
