The drink menu takes center stage with a curated lineup of signature craft cocktails designed to impress. Standouts include the Rooftop Bay Breeze, a tropical blend of coconut rum, cranberry, and pineapple juice, and the Blue Horizon, a vibrant mix of rums, blue curaçao, coconut cream, and citrus. Guests can also sip on refreshing options like the herbaceous Sprig Fizz with rosemary syrup and gin, or the fruit-forward Vodka Sunset, layered with peach schnapps, citrus, and cranberry.
