FREDERICKSBURG, Va. - Virginir -- - The 3rd Annual Battlefield FCA Bass Fishing Tournament is set to return to Lake Anna on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at Sturgeon Creek Marina. Anglers of all experience levels are invited to participate in this exciting competition that offers prizes, camaraderie, and the chance to make a meaningful impact beyond the water.
Hosted by the Battlefield Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), the tournament serves as a fundraiser to support the launch of FCA's Outdoors Ministry. Proceeds will help provide opportunities for athletes, coaches, and their families to experience faith, mentorship, and encouragement through outdoor activities.
Entry fees are set to $195 for a two-adult boat and $120 for an adult/youth team. Space is limited, and launch positions are assigned based on registration order, making early sign-ups essential.
Participants can look forward to a friendly yet competitive event, with prize money awarded on a 75/25 split to one in every nine boats in each division. A Big Fish Pot is available for an additional $10 entry fee, offering even more chances to win. The event will also feature a 50/50 raffle with tickets available for purchase at various price points.
