The 2025 iMIS survey was conducted in late 2024 and more than 200 membership professionals from the United States, Canada, EMEIA, and the Asia-Pacific region shared their insights. This year's report looks at emerging trends in membership acquisitions/renewals/engagement, possible causes for attrition and ways to win back lapsed members, expected tech stack investments, and priorities for the coming year broken down by generation.
