ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Virginir -- The newly formed Armed Forces Services Initiative announced that founder Martin Del Rio has been voted in as Chief Executive Officer.

Martin Del Rio is a decorated combat veteran, seasoned advocate for wounded warriors and military families, concurrently serves as the Senior Coordinator for the E2I and Operation Warfighter Program, and a proven leader in military transition assistance, Martin brings a wealth of experience and vision to guide AFSI into its next chapter of service and impact.

Under Martin's leadership, AFSI will focus on scaling its innovative Warrior Compass program, an AI-driven platform designed to connect veterans and their families with over 30,000 resources tailored to their unique needs. The program will combine cutting-edge technology with personalized case management to drastically reduce the time it takes for veterans to achieve stability, access housing, employment, education, and behavioral health services.
